Private Memorial Service

John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Washington, DC

Helped organize a private service attended by 400 guests and featuring music by members of the National Symphony Orchestra.

2017 International Summit

Provided logistical support, entertainment coordination, transportation organization, and staffing for a multi-day gathering of 75 international delegates and 60 special guests including honorees, patrons, and members of the American Academy of Achievement at Claridge’s in London, England and Cliveden House in Berkshire, England. Participants included President Bill Clinton, Jeremy Irons, Sir Michael Caine, Peter Gabriel, Jimmy Page, Simone Biles with performances by Sting, Joshua Bell, and Kelli O’Hara.

Assisted with logistical support and staffing for an intimate dinner honoring Aung San Suu Kyi, State Counsellor of Myanmar, at the New York Public Library in New York City, for 60 guests, including Henry Kissinger, Norah O'Donnell and Christiane Amanpour.

Handle invitation design, guest list, rsvp process, and check in for this annual, private tea for 250 guests in Washington, DC hosted by Grace Bender, Wilma Bernstein, Debbie Dingell, Liz Dubin, Samia Farouki, Marlene Malek, and Catherine Reynolds in 2015 and 2016.

New York and Washington, DC Book Launch

Provided logistical support for the launch of Simon and Schuster’s non-fiction book with a party for 75 guests in a private home in DC featuring remarks by author Alexa Clay and former Latin Kings leader King Tone and a panel discussion on “deviant entrepreneurship” for 250 guests at NYC’s Impact Hub featuring the authors and King Tone, “Freeway” Rick Ross, and retired kingpin smugglers with a moonshine bar sponsored by Sugarlands Shine Distilleries.

50th annual International Achievement Summit

Provided event support, including transportation coordination and staffing, for the Academy's 50th Anniversary International Achievement Summit with events for 100 international delegates and the Academy's special guests at the U.S. Capitol, Department of State, Lincoln and Vietnam Memorials, Supreme Court, Ford's Theatre, The Willard Hotel and The Hay-Adams Hotel. Speakers included Secretary Leon Panetta, General Colin Powell, and a performance by Aretha Franklin.

2015 International Achievement Summit

Provided logistical support, transportation coordination and staffing for a multi-day gathering of 100 international delegates and 60 special guests including patrons and members of the Academy at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco and Auberge du Soleil in Napa, CA. Speakers included Carol Burnett, Sergei Brin, Admiral McRaven, Justice William Kennedy, and others.

Swedish Summer Solstice Dinner Dance

Helped conceive and managed logistics for this private home outdoor event, which included a floral May Pole with authentic music and dance, themed menu and décor, and after dinner deejay and dancing for 100 guests.

Center for American Progress

For this high visibility two-day conference, New American Strategies for Security and Peace, at the Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C., managed all aspects of the meeting from concept development to design of materials to registration of over 600 attendees, coordination of all meeting logistics (presentations, panels, break-out rooms, meals), to accommodating major media who covered speakers from Presidential candidate Wesley Clark to Senators Joe Biden and Chuck Hagel, and Congressman Jim Leach.

Reception – New York City GOP Convention

Provided fundraising support, raising close to $1 million, and planned and implemented this evening reception during the Convention at the top of the MetLife Building with speakers and attendees including New York's Mayor Bloomberg and Mrs. Pataki, Secretary Tommy Thompson and numerous Members of Congress.

9/11 Arlington Remembers

Conceived and executed flag unfurling ceremony at Key Bridge and evening concert at The Netherlands Carillon (5,000 attendees at each event) for Arlington County's one-year anniversary commemoration of September 11th, including all aspects of event logistics, fundraising, promotion, and publicity.

Arlington's Day of Remembrance and Appreciation

Coordinated October 2001 community events for 6,000 attendees to honor the September 11th Pentagon victims and rescue workers, including marketing, publicity, and fundraising.
